There are three phases to our methodology.
During the Development phase, we design a solution and plan a go-to-market strategy.
In the Activation phase, we focus on technical design, testing, and launching digital solutions. This encompasses crucial aspects to successfully onboard and implement through existing GE HealthCare diagnostic devices and the clinical workflow.
Finally, during the Managed Services phase, we analyze adoption and performance. This provides invaluable opportunities to update, streamline, and improve implementation to positively impact patients and their families.
